Commissions

I photograph a very limited number of fine-art portraits throughout the year; and, I schedule only one portrait session per day. Sessions are on-location only – I shoot portraits throughout Lackawanna, Wyoming, Susquehanna, Wayne, Monroe & Pike Counties (in Pennsylvania). A signed model release is required with each portrait session, and all sessions are by appointment only. *Please keep in mind, images from your portrait session may be displayed as fine-art prints; on greeting cards & calendars; in publications (online & print); on blogs & websites; for ads; or in art shows*

1.) Sessions can last from 1 – 3 hours; depending upon the subject, location, wardrobe changes, weather, etc.
2.) Sessions are scheduled for day time hours on weekdays only – Monday, Tuesday or Thursday. No weekend or evening sessions are available at this time.
3.) Sessions are on-location only, at your fav spot – your home, a park, downtown, a country field, etc. (clients need to obtain permits for private locations).
4.) Up to 4 wardrobe changes (when applicable, within time allotted).
5.) Up to 4-people/animal companions are included (additional people/animal companions are $25.00 each).
6.) Your fav props (teddy bear, straw hat, musical instruments, car, bike, your dog, etc.) – plus some of our cool props.
7.) Studio backdrops & studio lighting for some shots (when applicable).
8.) One designer DVD Slideshow, set to music, with 25 images from your portrait session AND a designer WebShow, set to music, to share online (email, social networks, blog) with family & friends. (*See below*)
9.) One set of 25 art bordered 4x6 prints (beautifully gift boxed). (*See below*)
10.) One designer flipbook with 25 art bordered prints spiral bound with a ribbon tie. (*See below*)
11.) One 10x10 designer Aussie print - mounted & protective coat finished and ready for framing. (*See below*)
12.) One 7x7 hard photo cover, designer memory photo book featuring 25 images. (*See below*)
13.) One photo CD with 25 high resolution images – retouched & artistically enhanced in color, black & white, sepia and creative tones – and a reproduction release. (*See below*)
14.) Eight brag/buzz cards featuring your image (our fav) to hand out to friends & family. (*See below*)

NOTE: Maternity portrait sessions, clients receive -- Two designer Webshows (25 maternity images & 15 newborn images); two sets of art bordered 4x6 prints (25 maternity images & 15 newborn images); two designer flipbooks with art bordered prints (25 maternity images & 15 newborn images); two photo CD's with high res images (25 maternity images & 15 newborn images); two 10x10 designer Aussie prints (1 with maternity images & 1 with newborn images); sixteen brag/buzz cards (8 maternity image cards & 8 newborn image cards); one 7x7 hard cover photo book with a combo of maternity & newborn images (40 images in all) delivered within 2 - 4 weeks after the newborn portrait session and two 5x5 soft photo cover [grandparent] photo books featuring 15 newborn images in each book.

~ We offer natural, organic treats for your child(ren) and/or animal companion(s); and a 100% organic cotton baby gift for each newborn client. High school seniors receive a yearbook photo (according to your school’s policy) and a leather-like wallet folio for collecting your friend’s photos.

**Within 2 – 4 weeks after your session, your images will be set to music on a beautiful designer DVD slideshow AND displayed in a designer WebShow (set to music), available for 90-days – great for your blog, website, MySpace and/or Facebook page or to email to family & friends –– you'll also receive a set of art bordered 4x6 prints beautifully displayed in a gift box; a designer flipbook with art bordered prints spiral bound in a perfect purse/pocket size booklet, with a cute ribbon tie; a 10x10 designer Aussie print (on lustre paper, mounted on 2mm styrene & protective coat finished) featuring a special selection of our choice of images (our fav pics); one gorgeous 7x7 hard photo cover, designer memory book with images from the portrait session; and a few brag/buzz cards, with our favorite image from your session, to hand out to family & friends.
**Within 2 – 4 weeks after your session, you will receive a photo CD featuring high resolution images. Images are retouched and artistically enhanced -- images in color, black & white, sepia and creative tones. A reproduction release is included so you may have prints or photo products made at your favorite lab. Also included is a list of our favorite [consumer] photo vendors - places we feel supply the highest quality prints & photo products for consumers. In addition, we include a specialty print & photo product list; so you may order unique, high quality items through us -- such as professional gallery wrapped canvas prints, elegant mounted velvet prints, framed mosaic photo tiles, custom storyboard prints, custom coffee table photo books, designer DVD photo slideshows, custom cards and more – no minimum print or photo product order is required. Our portrait session commission fee is $980.00; of which we require a non-refundable deposit of $400.00 to reserve your portrait session date & time. The remaining balance of $580.00 is due on or before your portrait session date.

Maternity/newborn portrait clients – the commission fee is $1280.00; of which we require a non-refundable deposit of $600.00 to reserve your portrait session(s) date & time. The remaining balance of $680.00 is due on or before your maternity portrait session date. The commission fee includes a maternity portrait session and a newborn portrait session. Newborn sessions will be scheduled after the birth of your infant – best done within the first 2-weeks of giving birth.

Commission me for a quick 1 ½ hour portrait session, at 1 of our fav locations, with 2 outfit changes for $340.00; within 2 – 4 weeks (after the portrait session) receive 1 photo CD with 15 high resolution images – retouched & artistically enhanced in color, black & white, sepia and creative tones – and a reproduction release AND one gift boxed set of 15 art bordered 4x6 prints. (*Includes up to 2 people/animal companions - Commission fee must be paid-in-full at time of booking - No other products are offered with this package*)

The commission fee is for my time & talent; my assistant’s time & talent; studio equipment set-up & breakdown; a pre-session consultation – via email or telephone; post production work; and the above listed print & photo products, packaging and the delivery of said items. In certain instances, such as a cancellation due to illness or weather, the non-refundable deposit can be applied to a different session.

If you’re interested in maternity portraits, please contact us as early as possible so we can schedule you for a session between your 30th and 34th week of pregnancy. [We will always try to make room for a newborn session; best done within the first 2-weeks of giving birth] If you would like portraits for a special occasion, such as a birthday, holiday or yearbook photo, please contact us well in advance to ensure that the best selection of dates & times are available for your portrait session.
